Official Rules & Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE, INSURANCE POLICY PURCHASE, OR INSURANCE QUOTE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR QUOTE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The G&G Insurance “Work Hard, Chill Harder” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of G&G Insurance, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on July 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:
- Method 1 (Insurance Quote): Request and complete a free, no-obligation insurance quote comparison (Home, Auto, Commercial, or Contractor Insurance) with G&G Insurance via the designated landing page, phone, or direct message. Limit one (1) entry per household.
- Method 2 (Alternative Method of Entry – No Quote Required): To enter without requesting an insurance quote, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a piece of paper and mail or deliver it to G&G Insurance at 1554 N College Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72703 with the subject line “Work Hard, Chill Harder Giveaway Entry.”
All entries, regardless of the method of entry, have an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person total.
4. The Prize
One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
- One (1) $250 Home Depot Gift Card
- One (1) Yeti Tundra Cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $350)
Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the grand prize package is $600. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. G&G Insurance reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 20, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address, phone number, or Facebook Direct Message provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected at random.
6. Publicity & Privacy
By accepting the prize, the winner grants G&G Insurance the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Personal information collected during the entry process will be used in accordance with G&G Insurance’s privacy policy and will not be sold to third parties.
7. Release & Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless G&G Insurance, Home Depot, Yeti, and Meta/Facebook, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Facebook/Meta Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to G&G Insurance and not to Facebook.
